Recent Changes at Aritex

We have all suffered the effects of the changes in our nation's economy.  Aritex has been no more immune than anyone.  We decided in March to move into our office at home, and operate with much less overhead.  The main change in how we operate is not having a large stock of products to ship quickly.  We are also requesting payment up front from our customers.  Once payment has cleared, then your order will be placed or drop shipped from the manufacturer.  Please allow extra time for your orders.  We will get then processed as quickly as possible.

Despite the slowdown in orders and the resulting reduction of cash flow, we are still here to serve you.  We are dedicated to providing our customers with the same quality of equipment and service we have always provided.  We also want to continue spreading our knowledge of lighting throughout the industry.  We feel the service and expertise we have are of great value to you our customer, and we look forward to continuing working with all our customers.

Aritex Lighting and Sales is a result of over 25 years in the special event industry.  John and Sylvia Jakob and their staff have been on the cutting edge of the event industry for many years and have been recognized with several national awards, including the Technical Producer of the Year Spotlight Award in 2002.

Johns out of the box thinking and creativity, and the hard work of a very dedicated crew, led to the building of a very successful company, Abbey Party Rents and Props of Texas in Dallas.

Our goal at Aritex Lighting and Sales is to share our experience and creativity with the industry and to bring innovation and innovative products to growing motivated companies. NEWS FLASH

Jennifer and her husband Philip are both lawyers in Atlanta.  They are close to their one year wedding anniversary, and all is well.  They are experiencing the "joy" of home ownership with all the rain Atlanta has experienced and the development of a sink hole in their driveway!  Repairs are done, and life is good.
